Thanks so much to all the kind sponsors who have supported this event. Most of our sponsors have been mentioned in this 2023 Winter Olympics schedule. All competitors can look forward to receiving a McMillans Feeds Rider Pack at the event; this will be full of our sponsor’s information and freebies. Please take the time to acknowledge the kind businesses and individuals who are supporting this event.

Please ensure entries are in and paid for by the 17th April to secure your riders pack.

House Keeping
1- Kindy Ring and floats are best to enter and park at 1075 Porangahau Road.
2- Premier Ring competitors and trucks are best to enter and park at 1101 Porangahau Road.
3- Please park sensibly. Officials will have allocated parking spots.
4- Please avoid bringing dogs, this is a working farm.
5- Parents are to be responsible for their children’s safety at all times, both riders and non-riders.
6- Don’t miss the Property Brokers BBQ lunch, bring cash.
7- Coffee will be available from Espresso Loco
8- The Property Brokers Tent Second Hand Shop- drop off donations and buy bargains.
9- Second Hand Shop; cash is preferred or online payments to be made on the day. No returns or refunds.
10- Don’t forget to pick up your Riders Pack, sponsored by McMillans Feed
11- Please take the time to thank our kind sponsors at the Post Office stations around the grounds.
12- Thanks to CHB Tank Cleaners for supplying the portaloos, or use the toilet in the woolshed.
