How is a Mini ODE run?
It is just like an ODE with a dressage test, SJ round & X-C round. However, the mini ODE is about training your horse, therefore the SJ & X-C phases are not timed & instead of doing the SJ& X-C separately, you do a small run of X-C fences (approx. 12) following on from the SJ round.
Faults are awarded (& added to your dressage score) SJ – 4 faults for a rail & 4 faults for a refusal; X-C is 20 faults for a refusal & 65 for a fall (which is not going to happen!). Heaps of fun to be had by all…… Entry Fee: $60 per combination including Ground Fee
