Welcome to Online Entries for the Northalnd Area Grand Prix Show Jumping Entries

Before entering online, please have the following information on hand:
* ESNZ Membership Number
If Rider is competing on a Casual Day Membership of $15 per day, and you don’t have the number then enter 0000 for the registration name
* ESNZ Registration Number for each horse - If the horse is not registered and usual a casual Equine Start $20 per day please use 0000
SHOW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
• All Riders / horses/ponies will be registered in some form and riders current financial members of NZEF either Full Membership or a Introductory member $50 or a Casual Day member of $15per day (can jump 90cm or under Horses and 80cm and Under Pony's)
– Horses must be registered or on Casual Jumping Levy ( Flexi Start) of $20 per day Horses can jump 1.10 and under and ponies 90 cm and under

SHOW SPECIFIC RULES OF SCHEDULE
Special Conditions
• Entry to Class 39* Pony 1m Championship and class 45* Horse 1m Championship restricted to Ponies & Hacks jumping 1.05m and under at this show.
• *Ted Hatley Memorial Class –will run 4,5,6 yrs. 80,90,1m – One round A1 jumping competition – All clears share PM and will be judged on type and style for the overall prize – Over Winner will Receive Rosette and Trophy
• Class entries per equine – Restriction on class entries per equine – 3 classes a day only
• All horses on the grounds must wear an ID tag with Name, Person Responsible Name, and Contact details on it.
• No bikes of any kind in practice areas and current rules regarding Cell phones in practice arenas must be followed.
• Dress Code: Formal Standard Dress (Art 256.1.5) for Ring One, Championships & Series Classes. All other classes Minimum Standard of Dress (Art 256.1.4)
• Tagged Helmets only to be worn.
• Helmets must be worn by all persons on Bikes, Motorised or Mountain Bikes. Speed Signs must be obeyed. No riding after dark and helmets must be worn on bikes.
• ESNZ Jumping Rules General Regulations (Art 108 and 114) and ESNZ Constitution will apply.

CONDITIONS
• 1. All Riders, Horses & Ponies must compete with the appropriate ESNZ membership.
• 2. All classes run under current ESNZ rules.
• 3. All classes in draw order, if you don’t present to the gate on time or without prior notification to the gatekeeper you will be late(due to another ring) you will be eliminated.

Payment Details:
*Cheques payable to Northland Jumping.
*DC- ASB= Northland Jumping 12-3115-0097432-01 Please use name of competitor as reference and Main events code
*Late entries accepted with 50% penalty.
*Refunds only on application to the secretary
Full refund up to 8pm Thursday 2nd December .
Less 20% up to 7.30am Saturday 4th December .
Thereafter 7 days in writing with Vet or DR certificate.
Prize money paid to bank accounts after show. Please ensure your bank A/c details and address are correct.

Blue Card process:
• Officials can exclude a rider from participating in a competition or entire event by issuing a Blue Card because the rider has received a serious injury, including a concussion or suspected concussion.
• If a rider issued with a Blue Card at an event refuses to withdraw from the event, disciplinary action may be taken through the disciplinary process set out in the ESNZ general regulations.
• The Blue Card notice is logged on a rider’s profile on ESNZ’s database
. • A Blue Card means that a rider is stood down from all riding activities until clearance from a registered GP or registered medical specialist can be obtained.
• If a rider who has been issued with a Blue Card competes without first providing medical clearance, this may result in disciplinary action taken through the ESNZ disciplinary process set out in the ESNZ general regulations.
