Make sure you read the below instructions to complete the process. Have Fun!!!
Before entering online, please have the following information on hand:
1 Registered to use the Main Events System – Easiest way is to log in using the Facebook Log in.
2 Make sure you have all your Equine and Rider class details that you wish to enter – you can enter multiple at one time
3 Horse and Riders DO NOT HAVE TO BE REGISTERED TO ENTER THIS EVENT – if it asks for any sort of Registration number use 0000
SHOW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
• All entries must supply a Jump Judge for Intro – Open classes and supply a helper if entering the Led Rein or First Ridden
• If you have any special Draw requests or other important info please add this in the comment section.
DONT FORGET TO TICK THE OVER 18 BUTTON and CLICK the GREEN CONFIRM ENTRY BUTTON. You will receive a confirmation in you email if you have done your entry correct.
• Please pay directly into bank account supplied – Whakapapa Pony Club Account. Payments need to be made into account By Thursday 28 January- if you pay after this you will need to email a confirmation screen shot to [email protected] –
*Late entries accepted with 50% penalty only up till Tuesday 26th 7pm .
*Refunds only on application to the secretary - *Full refund up to 8pm Wednesday 28th January. $3 fee not refundable
Less 20% up to 12pm Saturday 30th January
Thereafter 7 days in writing with Vet or DR certificate.
