COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Entries must be made online through Main-Events and fees paid by internet banking for entry fees – no entries on the day will be accepted. Full refunds will be paid for those that do not attend – so there is no risk in getting your entries in.
Please where possible indicate the other people that will be in attendance with the rider on the day. This will assist with contact tracing.
We ask that you park with at least 5m between cars, floats and trucks and practice social distancing between people where possible.
There will be no blackboard so the gate steward will be the point of contact to ensure the day flows smoothly.
Please note only three horses will be allowed in the warm-up area at any one time and ask that horses leave the area immediately after their round.
We also ask that people using the yards please keep a yard between your horse and anyone else’s animals
Please stay at home if you are sick or feeling unwell.
Anyone assisting with pole picking up or course adjustments will be required to use gloves or hand sanitiser provided.
