Online Entry

1. Online entries close on Thursday, 5th September 2019.
2. ENTRIES ON THE DAY will incur an administration fee of $5.
3. GENERAL LEVIES: $11 per horse (ground levy + Main Events), $6 per rider (Medical + HBAPC).
4. Yards available – $10 per yard, per day.
5. Camping available – $5 per vehicle, per night.
6. Competitors in all events compete at their OWN RISK.
7. Any protest must be lodged with secretaries within 15 minutes of the event’s completion. Protest must be accompanied by a deposit of $20. The committee’s decision is final.
8. The committee reserve the right to change or cancel any item in which they consider there are not sufficient entries or to combine classes or change rings.
9. All riders must wear NZPCA and ESNZ approved helmets at all times.
10. There will be medical personnel in attendance, but no ambulance on site.
11. Jackets to be worn if available, but Pony Club uniform accepted.
12. Show Hunter and Show Jumping Classes are run under ESNZ rules. Please ensure you are familiar with the ESNZ Jumping & Casual Levies and you are competing with the appropriate ESNZ Membership registration, Equine registration & Discipline Start registration for Show Jumping and Show Hunter classes.
13. Registered Show Hunter Classes are HOY Points Qualifiers.

15. Pleasure Horse/Pony means those animals who do not fit the mould of a Show Horse/Pony. We welcome any breed (e.g. Appaloosas, Quarter Horses, Standardbreds, Clyde X) and colour. They should be an uncomplicated and genuine pleasure to ride. Whilst they do not possess the show quality conformation of a show horse, they should in their own way be a delight to ride, with impeccable manners. A /pleasure mount’ is NOT an inexperienced mount with show quality conformation who is destined for the open show ring. The rules required are as follows: 1) No Spurs 2) No whips longer than 75cm 3) Simple snaffle bits only and only cavesson nosebands are permitted 4) Under 17yr olds riding a horse MUST compete in the adult ring.
16. Height Certificates to be produced if asked for.
17. No horse or pony with more than 5 wins at an event under RAS is eligible to compete in Novice events.
18. No Rider under the age of 17 years permitted on a Stallion in flat classes.
19. Stallion ID tags must be worn always.
20. DOGS MUST BE RESTRAINED AT ALL TIMES.
