HORSE ACCOMMODATION: NOTE: BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL & DATE OF ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE MUST BE ON ENTRY FORM TO GUARANTEE ACCOMMODATION. NO TEMPORARY FENCES ALLOWED AND ABSOLUTELY NO TAPE.
All stabling and yarding allocated on first in first served basis. Portable yards to be latched at all times.
ALSO NOTE: There are no facilities for accommodating Miniatures Horses available at the showgrounds. Stables/covered yards $40, open yards $20 – these costs cover the time at the Show whether it is 1, 2 or 3 days. A compulsory first aid/St John service fee of $5 per horse/pony applies.

CAMPING ON GROUNDS: Free. Free showers in shower block at Menz Shed (see showground map at Pony Club Shed).

CUPS/TROPHIES: A $10 (CASH OR CHEQUE) REFUNDABLE BOND IS REQUIRED IF YOU WISH TO TAKE TROPHIES/CUPS OFF THE SHOWGROUNDS, OTHERWISE THESE WILL BE RETAINED AND ENGRAVED BY THE WAIRARAPA A & P SOCIETY. TROPHIES MAY BE COLLECTED FROM THE A & P SECRETARY’S OFFICE AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR AND BOND PAID UPON COLLECTION.
