CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. ON-LINE at www.main-events.com On-line entries close on Thursday 30th August.
2. ENTRIES ON THE DAY (on the day entries will incur an administration fee of $3)
3. Competitors in all events compete at their OWN RISK.
4. No horse or pony with more than 5 wins at an event under RAS is eligible to compete in Novice events.
5. Any protest must be lodged with secretaries within 15 minutes of the event’s completion. Protest must be
accompanied by a deposit of $20. The Committee’s decision is final.
6. No competitor under the influence of liquor/drugs will be allowed to compete.
7. Committee reserve the right to change or cancel any item in which they consider there are not sufficient entries or to
combine classes or change rings.
8. All riders must wear NZPCA and ESNZ tagged approved helmets at all times.
9. Height Certificates to be produced if asked for.
10. Medical Personnel will be in attendance.
11. Jackets to be worn if available, but Pony Club uniform accepted.
12. Yards available – $10 per yard.
13. No Rider under the age of 17 years permitted on a Stallion in flat classes.
14. Stallion ID tags must be worn at all times.
15. No floats to be parked on the driveway.
16. DOGS MUST BE RESTRAINED AT ALL TIMES.
17. Show Hunter and Show Jumping Classes run under ESNZ rules.
18. $10 ESNZ Casual Rider Day Start: Show Jumping/Show Hunter Riders Levy for riders not registered with ESNZ
(eligible for classes 62 & 65, 66 and all show hunter classes)
19. Introductory ESNZ Rider Members (eligible for class 44, 46, 48, 50,51,62 & 65 only no prizemoney)
20. $5 ESNZ Equine Jumping Levy (compulsory): payable for all horses/ponies competing in Show Jumping & Show
Hunter.
21. $20 ESNZ Casual Equine Jumping Levy: Show Jumping & Show Hunter equines not registered with ESNZ (Horses
1.10 classes and under ponies 1m and under classes.) Riders must be full members of ESNZ Cannot compete in
series classes and will not be eligible for HOY points in Show Hunter under Casual Jumping Levy.
22. All other Show Jumping and Show Hunter Riders & Equines must be currently registered with ESNZ.
23. Registered Show Hunter Classes are HOY Points Qualifiers.
