First Aid Nurse on site for duration of Ribbon Day ( No Ambulance)

Conditions:

1. Plaiting is Optional
2. A Protective Safety Approved Helmet must be worn and 3 point harness fastened at all times
3. Riding attire is TIDY, show clothing optional
4. Sturdy Footwear must be worn by all competitors
5. Entry fee is for the day with $5.00 ground Levy per horse/pony
6. Judges decision is final..No protests. This is a fun encouragement day for all competitors
8. Unruly behaviour, bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated , Competitors displaying these will be asked to leave
9. Your safety and your animals is our utmost importance..No vet is available on the grounds but they will be notified of our Event
10. Stallions must be supervised at all times and proper stallion Identification used ie. Red stallion tags and armbands or vests worn
11. Every stallion under saddle must also have a ground attendant
12. Stables are available at $25.00 each and must be left Clean and tidy
13. Overnight Camping is Available at $10.00 per night/per person
14. Our judges time is Voluntary along with our ground staff. Please be respectful of this by not leaving your rubbish or mess around transport area Bins will be provided
15. Toilets available
16. Recycled Ribbons from a multitude of different disciplines will be used , please do not be offended with narration on Ribbon
17. No Prize money
18. In the event of extreme weather conditions the Show will be postponed until the following weekend
19. Complete Rain out will Incur a 75% refund.
20. If time allows a question/answer period at end of day with judges for all things Equestrian

Health and Safety 2015
At all times please respect other Vehicles and Animals around you. If younger children are attending as a competitor or visitor please be aware of their whereabouts at all times
No Ambulance will be on site, but a qualified Nurse is volunteering her attendance for the day, along with two other First Aid personal
Motorbikes are not allowed throughout the day unless from Road
Helmets and safe footwear must be worn around horses at all times
Stallions may attend this Event they will be identified by a Red S tag and arm band and/or vest.
Please parents make your younger riders aware.
In the case of an Emergency please follow the instructions of your judge or Steward. They will be aware of our health and Safety Policies
Entries are at the Owners Own Risk .
