Online Entry

You must be registered and logged in to Main-Events.com to use online entry.

Intro

Entries close: Thursday June 22nd 2018, or when entries are full (Entries will be limited)

1. All classes are run under ESNZ Eventing Rules and the appropriate NZPCA rules (Annex 5).
2. Entries online at www.main-events.com .
3. Dogs MUST be on a lead at all times.
4. NZPCA approved safety helmets to be worn AT ALL TIMES while mounted (Red Tag).
5. HELMET to be presented for inspection while collecting back number
6. BACK PROTECTORS are compulsory for cross country.
7. GEAR CHECK/Saddlery/Dress required. Please refer to: Article 655 & Article 656 ESNZ Rules for Eventing Annex 5 related specifically to NZPCA (pages 79-84).
Gear inspection
classes 4,5,6 (First start, 65cm,80cm) compulsory for all phases
class 3 (95cm) compulsory cross country gear check for random gear checks for other phases classes 1 and 2 (105cm, 110cm) random gear checks
8. You will require your own Back Number Holder. Paper numbers will be provided.
9. Please take any rubbish with you when you leave the event. There will be a skip provided for all manure and hay.
10. The Committee reserves the right to alter or cancel classes as they see fit and to limit classes if necessary.
11. Evidence of cruelty to an animal, or abuse of an official may lead to elimination of the rider.

13. CONCUSSION RULE – If you have suffered a concussion within 21 days of competition, you are not eligible to start at any ODE.
14. Riders eliminated on the course may not continue and must walk back
15. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER
