You must be registered and logged in to Main-Events.com to use online entry.
All persons there (including supporters) need to abide by rules and to familiarise themselves with these as a condition of entry!
1. MULTIPLE MOUNTS NOW ACCEPTED
2. All competitors enter at their own risk.
3. Entries only accepted with payment.
4. By entering, all riders/teams/coaches/parents/supporters agree to abide by the rules of the day.
5. Entries will only be refundable on presentation of a vet or medical certificate.
6. Overnight yards and camping available on grounds – please book and pay for this when entering.
7. No Dogs – A&P Regulation.
8. Hard hats with Red Stickers as per NZPCA 2017 rules and ESNZ must be worn when mounted.
9. All riders must wear a body protector as per ESNZ/NZPCA Eventing rules for the Derby phase.
10. All events run under the NZEF type rules. Derby will be run under Table A.
11. School colours to be worn for all events and prize-giving.
12. The committee reserves the right to alter the programme.
13. The committee reserves the right to eliminate any rider who in their opinion does not ride in a safe and competent manner.
14. Please nominate only one liaison person per school, who is responsible for ensuring team riders, coaches and parents are given all information pertaining to the day.
15. On the day, teams must be accompanied by an adult (team coach or manager). Gear checks are the responsibility of the team manager.
16. Only competing mounts to be on the grounds.
