SHOW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

I certify that I have read and understand the conditions of entry to this show as uploaded under the DOWNLOADS tab of our show page. I understand that it is my responsibility to verify that my entry has been received and accepted by the show concerned. Main-Events is not liable for any errors or omissions in the data provided to the show.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• SCNO riders must submit the online helpers form at sporty.co.nz/scnosj with their entries to
nominate what jobs they can do to assist with running the show. Please bring a plate of food
suitable for morning teas etc.
• Working Bee: Friday from 1.30pm.
• Programmes $5. Can be paid with entries.
• Riders may compete in Introductory classes on an Introductory Membership or Casual Membership Day Start ($10/day). All other riders must be full ESNZ members.
• Competitors ride at their own risk.
• Committee reserves the right to alter, amend or delete any class/prize money as it deems fit.
In the event the show is cancelled the administration fee is non-refundable.
• Yards $15 & Stallion boxes $40 for the duration.
• Admin fee of $15 per equine and ESNZ J/SH levy of $5 per equine is compulsory. First Aid
fee $5 per rider.
• Equines not registered for ESNZ J/SH can compete up to 100cm(ponies)/110cm(horses). They cannot compete in national series/high points classes, and must pay a $20 Casual Jumping Levy. This levy does not apply to equines only competing in Introductory classes.
• Late entries plus 50% and ride in the order allocated.
• Scratchings to be advised at least the night before start of days competition. 75% refunds
given with proof of inability to compete. Ph 027 321 4216.
• Refunds/Prize Money must be collected at show, or applied for in writing/email within 21
days of show.
• Cheques payable to SCNO Area Show Jumping or on-line banked to NZEF SC & NO
Showjumping 03 0887 0277958 00..
• There will be no refunds given on late entries.
• Equines may only compete in one Championship or Grand/Mini Prix class.
• Pony riders must carry a current RAS height certificate.
• Minimum Standard of dress required for introductory classes. Formal Standard of dress
required for all others.
• Run under ESNZ/JNZ/SHNZ rules and regulations.

Roundhill Ski Area sponsors the 90cm Pony Series and Jordan Dent our on call farrier (021 049 4795)
sponsors the 100cm Horse Series, each held over 6 classes at our 3 shows. Combinations must
compete in the final class in January.
Grant McLellan European Cars & Barber Well Drilling sponsor our Table C speed Series' held over 3
classes at our 3 shows. Combinations must compete in the final class in January.
.Show Hunter Conditions
Double High Point Show. No practise rounds..
Use of 'not allowed' equipment = no start.
Equines competing using the ESNZ Casual Jumping Levy will not be awarded HOYQ Points.
Classes may run back to back at judge’s discretion.
For the High Points classes ponies may only enter the category appropriate to their height.
Prize Money will only be paid out to qualifying scores over 65.
Equine Veterinary Services sponsor a rug and flower garland for the Horse gaining most ESNZ Horse
High Points over the 3 SCNO shows.
Couplands Stockfeed sponsor a rug and flower garland for the Pony gaining most High Points over
the 3 SCNO shows.
