The issue of riders not paying when they enter shows is turning into a bigger issue than ever for show secretaries all around NZ. As secretaries, we find we are spending more time chasing people up than is fair. Therefore this show has implemented POLIPAY, a direct credit service whereby at the end of your online entry you will be taken to your bank (you have to login) where you select the account the money is to be taken out of. There is no need to register - all you need is access to internet banking.
THEREFORE ... do not start the online process unless you have access to the bank account so the process does not time out. If you do not complete the payment, your entries may briefly appear in class lists but will be deleted !
PoliPay integrates with the following banks. If your bank is NOT one of them, contact us for instructions on how to make a payment BEFORE you enter online -

There is a fee of $3 to our show for this service and this will be on charged. If you want to avoid the $3 fee, then the standard direct credit option where you do a direct credit after going through the online will be available at no charge until Wednesday 15th November provided you pay straight away. After that, the only option for payment will be payment on entry through PoliPay.
If you need to make special arrangements AND you have a good history with us of paying, then contact the secretary who may be able to make other arrangements for your entry. Otherwise, all entries MUST be paid for at the time.
