A limited number of stables are available and will be priority allocated to Stallions and Foals. Every endeavour will be made to accommodate exhibitors to their best convenience. All Stallions must be stabled. Stables: $ 16.00 per box– per night $ 11.00 per covered yard – per night
Note: - Nominate Stable Requirements on Entry Form - Please ensure you clean out stables/pens before departure; - A penalty of $75.00 will be charged for each un-cleaned box; - Please keep the stable area clean at all times by picking up all horse manure and rubbish after you - Please do not leave your horses tied up and left unattended outside the stables/yards.
Camping/Accommodation:
$20 per night per person for a powered site $15 per night per person for a non powered site.

Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be given without a current veterinarian certificate. Only 70% of entry fees will be refunded.
Measuring will be available at the show at allocated times only. There will be no measuring outside of the allocated times. Please complete the measuring form and attach with your entries.
There will be a charge of $20.00 (GST Inc.) per Horse. The charge for Foals is $5.00.

Please note the new Height Verification required for foals and yearlings. Times for Height Verification will be available via the NZMHA website prior to the show
