Welcome to online entry for the COPTHORNE SOLWAY PARK Glistening Waters Jumping Championships & ESNZ Jumping Series Final Show

BEFORE YOU ENTER ONLINE

Check all series points for your horses so that you are clear they are correct to date. If not, then please READ the Series Conditions under the DOCUMENTS tab here. You will be asked to clarify that the points you have are correct - or state what you believe is NOT correct as part of this online process.

PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON HAND FOR ENTRY

* Bank account name & number - for payout of prize money and refunds after the show
* Stabling requirements - please specify any stabling requirements. Please note, exceptional veterinary or behavioural issues will NOT have priority at this show.
* Horse registration numbers and rider membership numbers. All riders must be full or at least community members. See ESNZ website for rules.
* If your horse is a full TB, you will be eligible for the Leading TB award for Fri/Sat. You will need to state their racing name.
* YOU MUST CHECK ALL SERIES POINTS before the show for accuracy. You will be asked this question during the online entry process where you say YES or explain what you think is wrong.

NEW - SCRATCH AND SWAP CLASSES ONLINE

We are making it really easy for you to scratch classes, swap classes or even scratch from the show and ask for refunds on yards, levies and ground fees. One place and in a format that will make the secretary's job easier! There is a document under DOCUMENTS that will tell you how to do it step by step.

Using the same online entry process that you are used to, you can make your changes, get a copy emailed to you and confirm the changes under your profile area. You can do it from your mobile phone or tablet at any time!

Remember ... this process is for class swaps or scratchings only! Late or new entries are made the usual way by entering a show jumping class online or at the secretary's office on the day.

DON'T FORGET when ADDING CLASSES in a 2nd online entry to change the default fees applied to 0 if scratching a horse as they are set to default to the number of horses in the process and you won't want to pay twice!
