Before you start please make sure you have the following things ready:-
ESNZ registration & membership numbers
Know how many Show Hunter points are showing on your ESNZ sticker
Bank Account number you want any prize money paid into.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Featuring Online Entries with later closing date
Once you’ve done it once, it’s a very simple process

1. All classes run under ESNZ rules.
2. Online entries are encouraged with later closing date of Friday 3 January through www.main-events.com.
3. Payments can be made to AC Number 01-0141-004523-01 or by cheque, however must be received by the online closing date so entries can be confirmed. If you need help with this contact Louise 09 412 8645.
4. Emailed or postal entries on official entry form close on Saturday 28 December 2013. [email protected] or postal entries should be sent to Louise Blair, 249 Foster Road, RD1, Kumeu. Cheques should be made out to Show Hunter Waitemata.
5. Yards/Camping available on a first come first served basis. Yards $20/horse, (No covered yards available - will be allocated to World Cup horses). Camping $15/truck. Note that earliest arrival time is 12 noon unless by prior arrangements with Woodhill Sands.
6. Ground Fee & Admin Fee $22 per horse must be included with entry.
7. Late entries for all classes including training will incur a 50% penalty. Changes $2
8. Warm-ups – name must be on whiteboard ½ hour prior to starting time. Pay at the gate

9. LOW HUNTER – Open to combinations not competing in Open Classes.
Unregistered riders/horses require day membership - $5 per unregistered horse & $5 per unregistered rider per day. Official day membership entry forms available from www.nzequestrian.org.nz
10. Scratchings received up until day prior to show will be refunded less 25%. Scratchings during show should be accompanied by a medical or veterinary certificate for refund. Ground/Admin & Yard fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

11. Junior, Amateur, Adult classes – For complete age & eligibility definition see SH rules on ESNZ website.
12. Ponies may only enter one category (except Equitation)
Pony High Points – ponies may only enter the correct height related category. Cat A 133cm & under, Cat B over 133cm & up to & including 143cm, Cat C over 143cm and up to & including 148cm.
13. One mount only in Equitation classes. NRM Pony Equitation class open to any aged pony rider, however riders may not enter Class 24.
All registered classes will receive prize money/product/vouchers at the follow ratio: 1st 3 entries, 2nd 4-7, 3rd 8-10, 4th 10-12 entries, thereafter 1:7 entries

14. SUMMER SERIES – Series prizes 1st place will be awarded a rug for the most points accumulated for horses & ponies competing in recognised classes – not including equitation classes. 2nd – 4th place will receive sashes. The series show dates are 1 December, 11 & 12 January and 1 & 2 February 2014.
15. LOW HUNTER SERIES – Sashes will be awarded for the most points accumulated in Low Hunter horse classes. Series dates above.
16. Tara Groenstein Memorial Trophy awarded for Amateurs from points gained from specific classes held Auckland Nov show and Waikato Feb Show
17. The organizing committee reserves the right to alter or cancel classes as they see fit and to limit classes if necessary.
