We are pleased that you are going to use the online entry for our show. If you have any issues using the online entry please get in touch with [email protected] but if you have a query about the show then get in touch with our show secretary Julia at [email protected] .

We have uploaded the RIDERS GUIDE TO ONLINE ENTRY under our DOWNLOADS page so if you want some help, you can use this step by step document to help you.

IMPORTANT
You must pay for your entries by closing date of 25 October 2012 using direct credit or mailing a cheque or your entries will be considered LATE and have the 50% late fee applied.

ONLINE ENTRY FOR MEMBERS
Current members of the Central Hawkes Bay A&P Show are eligible for discounts on entry fees as shown in the main schedule. If entering online, the entry fee displayed is for the standard non-member rate so your total at the end will also show the standard rate. Details of your membership will be asked for during the online process - enter your membership name and number at this stage and once the entry has been received, the discounted rates will be applied. However, in the meantime, please make the payment as appropriate (calculate your own discounts) when making your direct credit and we will catch up with you on the day.
