POLIPAY
~~~~~~~
ALL Entries made must be paid for using Poli Pay at the time of entry. Poli Pay will allow you to log into your internet banking and make payment directly to us at the time of placing your entry. The banks available for Poli Pay are ASB, ANZ, BNZ, Bank Direct, Kiwi Bank, TSB Bank and Westpac. No Payment - No entry.

DIRECT CREDIT OPTION is only available for clients of RABOBANK. To pay via Direct Credit please email the Treasurer at [email protected]. Stabling only assigned once payment has been made.

BE AWARE - classes are listed in numeric order where you TICK to PICK which classes to enter. You MUST refer to the schedule to find conditions related specifically to a section or a class.

Use CLASS CHANGES/OTHER MESSAGES

After entry, please use CLASS CHANGES/OTHER MESSAGES green button from the ONLINE ENTRY tab to contact Anne Vallance with changes, scratchings, stabling or other requests. That way you can then check under your profile area MY MAIN-EVENTS > ONLINE ENTRY > Messages (menu on right) to see when actioned. If you haven't entered yet, then use the CONTACT tab for the show.

BYPASS CLASSES - additional PoliPay payments or stabling ordered early

You can use the BYPASS CLASSES option to order stabling without entering classes although you will have to enter a horse/pony and rider to follow the process through. When it comes to classes, choose the one at the top of the list ... BYPASS CLASSES so you can go through to the FEES area without entering classes.

If you are notified you have a balance owing you can go back through the online entry process, pick any horse/rider combination and pick BYPASS CLASSES so you can go through to the FEES area. There is a fee BYPASS PAYMENTS ($-1), you put in the amount to pay in the QTY box and carry on. Paying through this option will confirm your payment immediately.
