Event Description:
Ellesmere A & P is one of the first shows of the season. The schedule of events is comprehensive including Livestock, Horses, Sheds, Poultry, Wood chopping, Highland Dancing and many more sections. Held at the picturesque showgrounds at Leeston it is one of the main events held yearly in the Selwyn District.
Yarding is available and will be allocated at the discretion of the convenor. Costs are $10 for stallion boxes, $7 for covered yards and $5 for open yards. Camping is allowed on Friday night if you require, there are toilets available but no showers.
