<div><strong>Rolleston’s Tegan Fitzsimon on the starry Alacazam MH have continued their strong run of form winning the Cathay Pacific Horse Grand Prix at the Southern Canterbury A&P Show this weekend.</strong><br><br><br><div>Fitzsimon and Alacazam MH were one of only two clear rounds to go through to the jumpoff, stopping the clock in 44.13 to win, with Ashburton’s Susie Hayward riding Andretti having to settle for second backing up from a smart win at the Canterbury A&P Show last weekend, finishing just four seconds slower.<br><br><div>After finishing second in the Giltrap Audi Mitavite South Island Young Rider behind Katie Meredith and Rio Madrid earlier in the show with the only two rounds of the competition, Stacey Anderson finished third in the Grand Prix with Saddlery Barn Cruiser.<br><br><div>Weedons-based Rose Alfeld continued her domination in the KiwiSpan Junior Rider taking the quinella with Last Song and My Super Nova.
