Welcome and Important information

VEHICLE/GATE PASSES
You will be checked of a list of competitors on arrival.

Entry is through the Sale yard Entrance and its quite clearly marked off the road. from 2:00pm Thursday 8th December.

Please park / set up camp in an orderly manner.

RIDER WRISTBANDS
You will need to check in with the Main Events team at the events Competition Office located in the RDA building when you arrive. Outstanding balances will need to be paid or Wristbands will not be allocated.
Demo Riders collect your polo shirt and wristbands from the competition office also.
Camp Riders your wristbands and polos will be given to you at the Welcome BBQ.

STABLES AND YARDING
Stables have not been allocated for this event although you will need to collect your stable pass that will need to be displayed at your chosen stable.

DOGS
1. Dogs must be on a lead at all times
2. NO dogs are not permitted in any stable or yarding area, warm up, competition area or IN THE EVENT ZONE.

Access to all arenas please go around the back of the RDA building.

Please avoid riding your horses among the crowd and any of the main public areas – absolutely NO horses in the shopping Areas or Food Court.
