Wairoa in the Red Zone....

Our WPCI Exec committee met tonight and ran through a number of scenarios regarding our Charity Christmas Cracker event.
Wairoa and Tairawhiti regions are in the red zone making it extremely difficult for volunteers to manage any event.

Coupled with the limited & pending entries the financial risk is too great - especially as this is a fundraiser for our Rescue Helicopter Trust.
So unfortunately the decision is to cancel the 2021 Christmas Cracker.
We really appreciate those who entered - Any entries will be refunded by direct credit. Please be patient while we contact our sponsors, judges and volunteers.

We hope to still run our online auction so we can still support the Hawke's Bay Rescue Helicopter Trust 🚁🚁

Pony Club Ribbon Day Sunday 5 December 9am
A pony club ribbon day will be held instead for financial Wairoa Pony Club members and extend an invitation to financial Gisborne Pony Club members.
Vaccine certificates are required.
The ribbon day will include jumping and encouragement rings – This is not an ESNZ registered event.
