Reminder - you are NOT allowed to tie horses to trucks or floats. You will either have paid for stables, or the horses can stay on the truck/float. Please let us know if you need to book a stable or day yard.
**Stables – those of you that have paid for stables please help yourselves. We do require that you have your name and contact on the stable so that we can contact you if need this will also be used to check bookings.
There is a pile of sawdust near the wash bay - please feel free to use it and remember to leave your boxes clean!!!

Friday is Blackboard order - Saturday and Sunday is Draw order.
All changes must be with the secretary by 5pm the night before - either at the office or through the messaging as above.
Our preference is to use Main-Events messaging – found on the online entry tab of the show but you can also email message via Main-Events or
[email protected] or PM Vic on Messenger as I will be working remotely.

Draws will be done at 5pm and posted on Main-Events by 6pm the night before.
Entries closing dates for final two shows
3rd and 4th week – please note the closing date for the 3rd and 4th event will be 10 days out from the show to allow the team to arrange the timetable, rings and staff.
