Good morning Equifest Competitors

Following is a roundup of things you need to know to make your Equifest experience happen.

Vehicle/Gate passes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Vehicle/Gate passes will be emailed later today to all competitors. You will need to print these and have on hand when you arrive with your horses.

Gates open at 2:00 pm Thursday so plan your trip accordingly.

Wristbands and Camping Passes
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These will need to be collected from the competition office when you arrive. Outstanding balances will need to be paid or Wristbands will not be allocated.

No Tying up to trucks!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A reminder - there is NO tying up horses or ponies to trucks or floats. If you don't have a yard, you will have to keep your horse or pony on the truck or float. There are spare open yards. Contact us if you want to order one.

Stabling Allocations
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The stabling allocations will be posted Thursday morning as a PDF document under the DOCUMENTS tab at https://www.main-events.com/event/6171/equifest-2020/downloads . And they will be posted at the entrance gate as well.

Draws for Showjumping
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Classes 7 – 13 and 17 – 22 will be in draw order posted Thursday morning online. A pdf document version will be posted under the DOCUMENTS tab (as above) that you can print off - or you can view in the class lists online. Remember to click on the heading ST NO to sort class list in start order. By default, all class lists are in horse order. All other jumping classes will be black board. 😊

Class Changes and swaps

See Vic at the office once the show starts - otherwise email vic@main-events.co.nz and COPY in vallance.anne@gmail.com please. All changes must be paid for at the office so please bring cash or EFTPos card to the office when making changes.
