Rabobank:
We are aware that rabobank is not compatible with Polipay. Those who use rabobank please place your entries online up to the payment point, then cancel. Email me (
[email protected]) to confirm I’ve got your entries logged and I’ll advise alternative payment options for you. You will need to enter early as your payment must be cleared into our account by the closing date to avoid late entry fees being added.
Tickets (gate passes):
You will automatically be emailed two tickets per rider. These will be scanned at the show and will cover the full duration of the show. If you need more tickets, extras can be purchased at half price when placing your entries or alternatively full price at the gate.
Dogs:
Dogs must be on leash, and under supervision at all times.
Locked in the car with the window cracked or being left tied to the truck is not considered on leash.
Sponsors:
Our sponsors could buy advertising in the local paper or pay for Facebook adds, instead they have chosen to support you by sponsoring our show.
The sponsors of your classes are listed in the schedule and catalogue. Please make sure you thank them.
