Cowboy Fun Day

Held at the Macnab Domain (Kaiwhaiki Road)
Start time: 9:30 am. Please register/enter on the day by 9 am.
9:30 am Adult's obstacle course (16 yrs +) $10 entry fee
9:30 am Children's games/races $5 entry fee
When judging, the child's age and riding abilities will be taken into account.
11:30 am Horseless high jump! Free entry
This is a competition for anyone to try! See who can jump the highest on foot, NO horses allowed.
10 minutes after the high jump at approximately 12 pm
Adult's games/races $10 entry fee
Children's obstacle course $5 entry fee
Races and games include:
1: Unsaddling race
2: Bareback Barrel race
(children are allowed to use a saddle)
3: Saddle up race
4: Walking race
5: Relay race (4 people per team)
6: Trotting race
7: Washing basket race (2 people per team)
ENTRY TO THE GROUNDS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!
All competitors ride at their own risk. The organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries that you or your horse may incur.
Please pick up all your rubbish and leave the place tidy.
No dogs allowed on the grounds.
BITE ME CATERING will be there on the day with their orange and blue food caravan.
No BYO alcohol permitted on the grounds.
Ribbons to 4th place in all games/events, and first prizes for the obstacle course.
Ribbons may be recycled.
First prize for the high jump will be $30, second prize $20
