This is a fundraising event for Sherenden & Districts School. All proceeds will go to the school
Classes based on ability. Organiser’s have the right to move riders if they are not in the
appropriate class
‐ Kindy ‐ led and unled. Up to 12yrs of age. Walk and trot only
‐ Junior Novice—up to 18 years
‐ Senior Novice—18 years plus
‐ Masters Novice—30 years plus
‐ Open Pony—for riders and/or ponies that regularly compete
‐ Open Hack—for riders and/or hacks that regularly compete
‐ Tip & Out—Pony and Hack—all levels may enter. To be held at the conclusion of
the jumping sessions
Full day entries are required to be in one class only, ie Junior Novice flat and Jumping , Open flat and
jumping
Classes subject to change depending on number of entries
Judges decision is final
The aernoon session will start no earlier than 1pm
Half day entries accepted
Entries via Main Events www.main‐events.com or can enter on the day though a late fee applies for
entries received aer Wednesday 25th July
Tidy casual are—must have correct riding boots and a tagged helmet. Jackets oponal
We will aim to have a lunch break between the flat and jumping classes where all compeon will stop, but
that will be dependent on how the day is progressing
There will be first aid on site, but no ambulance
There is no water on the grounds, please bring your own for yourself and horse/pony
No colts, stallions or horses under 4 years of age
Each person enters the grounds and events at their own risk
No dogs allowed
This event is held on private property—please respect the grounds and take all rubbish with you. All poo
and hay must be picked up
