A few housekeeping items and reminders:

Powered Sites

Please if you have not ordered and paid for a powered site then you must not park against the fences as these sites have been allocated.

To ensure smooth operations and safety for all riders, staff, and visitors, Takapoto Estate has implemented a new vehicle access policy for the Stable Area & Competitors Parking.

• Only one car per truck or horse float is permitted to park in the Stable Area & Competitors Parking.
• Upon arrival, you will receive one Car Permit from security to place on the dashboard of the allocated car.
• Every car in the Stable Area & Competitors Parking must display a car permit.
• If your vehicle has not been allocated a car permit, please move it to the designated visitor car park.

• Manure bins will have clearly marked no-parking zones in front, painted yellow.
• To allow access for machinery, please do not park in front of the manure bins at any time.

Please note only one truck and one car allowed per site.

The office (behind the café) will be open from 9am - 5pm daily for class changes and to collect your wristbands.

All scratching and changes must be in with the secretary by 5pm each day - ideally through the MESSAGES online at our show page on Main-Events.com.

Draws will be posted up each evening around 6pm.

Stabling allocations will be posted over the weekend.

Shower Cards

The café will be open on Monday to purchase shower cards.

The showers work on a swipe card entry. They are $40 each with a refund of $20 when you return the card. These cards are programmed specific to this event.

*Note that these only work for this show, so please ensure you hand them back to receive your refund.

Wristbands

Wristband Allocation – Each rider will receive two General Admission wristbands, valid for weekend access (Saturday and Sunday only). Wristbands are required for entry on the weekend.

Additional Wristbands – Additional wristbands may also be purchased on the day from the secretary at a rate of $25 each. Wristbands can be collected from the secretary’s office and must be worn at all times while on the grounds during the weekend.
