Download GATE PASS (not Ticket)

A number of you are not selecting GATE PASS from the drop list and instead leaving the default TICKET in place. It won't work!
You must select GATE PASS from the drop list on the right for File Type and then put in SAP014 as the EVENT CODE and then your ENTRY REFERENCE ... most of you have that right.
