The grounds are looking amazing, the courses and rings are set and we cannot wait to see you all tomorrow! We have had some good rain this evening and the temperatures are looking to be cooler tomorrow so dress warm :)

The Main parking area is off Russell Street (due to very limited space available off Francis Drake Street) - follow the driveway to the far gates past the netball and hockey courts. You are welcome to use yards but please leave them clean and tidy (remove all hay and poo from around your trucks and yards - there are areas to leave horse poo / hay etc, please do not put in rubbish bins).

There will be food and beverage options available throughout the day including coffee, waffles, burgers, slices, cakes and much more!!

For those who are new to our event, here is a snapshot of where everything is taking place ...
Ring 1 Show Jumping is held on the Rugby Fields (where Ring 2 of the CHB Show was held)
Encouragement Ring - is just behind the Secretary's office beside the jumping warm up areas.
Show Hunter is in the far corner oval beside the Sheep Yards (closest to Francis Drake Street end)
Pony Flat Classes and all Handy Hunters are held on the Rugby Fields closest to the main parking area - Horse Flat classes are being held in the Main Oval.
Kindy & Beginner Rings are to the left of the main parking area as you drive in alongside the river bank trail.
The Secretary's Hut is between the Main Oval and Ring 1 Show Jumping - all scratchings or class changes on the day are to be made at the Hut not on Main-Events.
Medics will be located near the Secretary's Hut.

No numbers are required for Flat Classes or Handy Hunter Classes.
Fancy Dress is the first class in the Kindy / Beginner Classes (but not compulsory)
Please remember to only wear Yellow Tagged Helmets when riding.
Don't forget to buy a MITRE 10 WHEELBARROW RAFFLE to be in to win a huge amount of awesome prizes!!
