~~Draws and changes~~
Friday is Blackboard order - Saturday and Sunday is Draw order.
All changes can be done through the Main-Events Messages under the online entry tab or by contacting the secretary directly. All changes must be in by 5pm. There will be no late entries or changes accepted after this time – please check your entries.
Classes on Saturday and Sunday will be run in strict draw order. The draws will be done each evening after 5pm and posted online as soon as they have been finalised.

~~Stables~~
Powered sites have not been allocated but will be checked against those that ordered.
Reminder - you are NOT allowed to tie horses to trucks or floats. You will either have paid for stables, or the horses can stay on the truck/float. Please let us know if you need to book a stable.
Stables have been allocated for this event we ask that you only use your allocated Stables. Anyone caught not using stables not allocated to them may be asked to leave.
We do require that you have your name and contact on the stable so that we can contact you if need this will also be used to check bookings.
*There are stallions attending the event. Riders are to be aware of this when selecting a stable.
Stallion owners should identify their stable as housing A stallion. You can do this with a whiteboard marker with a big S on the stable door.
There is a pile of sawdust near the wash bay - please feel free to use it and remember to leave your boxes clean!!!
