A last minute message to all our Winter Olympic riders

Firstly, please remember your smart parking; make rows and utilise the space the best you can.

This is a very special occasion for many riders who are new to competing… so if you are an older or more experienced rider- then please try to give any newbees a fun and encouraging experience. Give them some help learning the courses, the rules and the tricks of the trade. The farm is going to be a bit manic, with people every where, so please be patient and understanding to the judges and stewards. And I want to hear some cheering!

Don’t forget to collect your Riders Pack from the Secretary; the red Stephenson and Taylor tent. You will get to meet Sonia from McMillans Feeds there- handing out the packs, full of sponsor’s info and samples. Around the grounds, you will see some ‘post offices’. This is where you can write a note of thanks to our sponsors. And if you have a bit of spare time, you can write more than one! We really need to show our sponsors that we appreciate them!

You can make changes to your entries with Katherine or Vic, in the red tent. Bring cash or pay online.

Please take lots of photos and videos during the day. Flick them to me on messenger or Whatsapp 0212222717, so I can give updates throughout the day. I cant wait to hear about some ‘personal bests’!

Don’t miss the secondhand shop for amazing deals, the BBQ lunch and we have a bouncy castle coming from 10am-2pm. There is also coffee, popcorn and more!
