I am the competitor and, or the person responsible for the competitor set out in this form, at the above event. I understand that neither the organising committee of the above event, nor Craig Stables, nor any agent, employee or representative of those bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horse/pony, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. I waive any claim I may have against the above people/bodies in respect of the above.

I agree to indemnify Craig Stables against any cost, expense, loss or other liability which Craig Stables suffers or incurs in relation to the use of the facilities. I agree to inform Craig Stables of any damage to the facilities immediately upon becoming aware of such damage.

I consent in terms of the Privacy Act 1993 to the information on this form being used by the organising committee and by Craig tables.

I agree to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and will supervise and control my horse/pony(s) at all times and shall report and be liable for any hazard created, accident, illness or damage I cause at the venue of the event. The following safety rules must be followed at all times by visitors to Craig Stables;
• Riders must ride in an approved safety helmet
• Stables and Cross ties are off limits to the public
• The owner reserves the right to ask riders to leave if unsafe or dangerous practices are observed
• No dogs allowed on property at any time
• Clean up all hay and manure before departure
